SOBI2 is a truly excellent joomla component. I'm no good at all at coding from the beginning, so when i was asked to create a business directory for the company i work for i was a little worried about delivering. Along comes Joomla and SOBI2 and all the hard work is gone.

It's easy to setup and use, and the support from Neo and the gang is nothing short of spectacular. I had a problem and have been to a fro'ing with Neo all day in the support forum and in the end Neo has logged in for me, sorted out the problem for me. Try getting that level of support anywhere else! This just holds true for me that, with the open source community in particular, that is what you are getting - community! Support is great, always friendly and happy to help!

Anyway, just wanted to put my two cents in.
