SobiPro Announcement
SobiPro 2.5 is available!

As an active customer download the full version of SobiPro from the description page or download the trial version of SobiPro free of charge.

SobiPro 2.5 is Joomla 5 compatible.
We are in the process to test our applications if they work with Joomla 5. Tested applications will be available in repository. You can download untested versions that may work on Joomla 5 on our site.

Repository certificate renewed!

The SSL certificate of the repository expired and we had to renew it. Please update the repository as described here and have your subscription token and id handy. You will find them on your personal club account page My Subscriptions.

Update SobiPro and its applications to the most recent version before reporting a problem!

We are continously improving SobiPro and its applications, fixing bugs and making working with them more easy. Still we see that some users report problems for older versions. Mostly they are already fixed. If you are using older versions, please update SobiPro and its applications to the most recent versions!

Hello, i get an error when trying to upload a Company logo image - Cannot save fields data.
I'm using Joomla 3.9.20 and Sobipro 1.6. It has been working before, I think it broke with the Latest Joomla update from 3.9.19 to 3.9.20

Is there a workaround or solution?

Same here with one of our customers website. Uploading and saving an image as company logo does not work.
Error: Cannot save fields data. Cannot resample image: Unable to set image format.

@Roel_de_Boer: I think it's the same what you are seeing ?

Please see screenshot attached.

Error is still visible in Joomla 3.9.21.
We are currently using SobiPro version 1.6 [ Owl ]
and Sobi Framework version 1.1
Currently Joomla is running with PHP 7.2

Would be nice if anyone has a solution or workaround for this.
Thanks in advance.

If you get the error message "Cannot resample image: Unable to set image format." with SobiPro 1.6 it means that your server does not support WEBP images. Go to the fields manager, edit the image field and switch off the usage of WEBP images.
