Update SobiPro and its applications to the most recent version before reporting a problem!

We are continously improving SobiPro and its applications, fixing bugs and making working with them more easy. Still we see that some users report problems for older versions. Mostly they are already fixed. If you are using older versions, please update SobiPro and its applications to the most recent versions!

Hi Guys, I understand they are different applications and an easy transition has not been designed.

However, if I can create a CSV with all the fields from my old Sobi2 (+ plus Joomla user info), is it possible to import all this into Pro?

I know it will take some hard work, but I just need to know if anyone has managed this with success (or failure!) before I purchase and get stuck in

Obviously any clues or links would be a bonus, but at this stage I'm just trying to find out if it's at all possible (I have 7000 members to transfer), so don't want to waste time if nobody has ever managed it!

Thanks!

Pete

Pete, this community forum is not monitored by the SobiPro team! We do not read what users ask other users. If you have a pre-sales question, please use our contact form in order to get an answer from us.

you only want a yes or no answer? So here is it: YES

Hi Pete

Did you get anywhere with this - I am in exactly the same position....it seems as though the links to the old forums are not working so I am fishing for clues

Thanks
Nick

Not one reply from anyone at Sobi I'm afraid Nick :-(

I am therefore moving to a totally different system where the support is better

Hi Pete,

The support from the SobiPro team is fantastic. This here is just the wrong place; this is the community area where only other users answer (or not). If you need professional support, please ask here: https://www.sigsiu.net/support

Same for you Nick.

Greetings,
Sigrid

Thanks Sigrid, but 40 Euros to get an answer to a simply question seems a bit steep. Mainly because if the answer is basically 'no' then of course there's no need to become a Member!
