Update SobiPro and its applications to the most recent version before reporting a problem!

We are continously improving SobiPro and its applications, fixing bugs and making working with them more easy. Still we see that you report problems for old versions of SobiPro or its applications. Mostly they are already fixed. If you are using an older version of SobiPro, please check the changelog list if your problem is solved in the meantime. It is also worth to read all the fixed issues in our tracker. If you think that this is too much work, simply update SobiPro to the most recent version!

Hello there,

I have an image field that when I upload an image or replace current image the entry cannot be saved.

I normally upload the image with no errors and then when I hit save I get a console error (500). I am attaching the console error below.

I am suspecting this might be an issue after updating Joomla from 3.8.3 to 3.9 but this is just a speculation due to the fact I have not any other changes to the site.

Please note that I have tested another image field in the edit form and that works fine.

I am using:
Sobipro 1.4.8
Joomla 3.9
PHP version 7.0

    we have checked the image field with SobiPro 1.4.8 and Joomla 3.9 and it works flawlessly.

    Your problem needs further exploration of your site. I recommend to get a subscription to be able to ask our support.
