I have cloned this before and have a working clone up on my site.
I have tried to install another clone and I am getting this error.
JInstaller::install: File '/hsphere/local/home/biteweather/biteweather.com/tmp/install_4b052ba7c9c95/com_sobi2_marine/marine.class.php' does not exist.

edit:sorry the sames was differents, now that I used the same namo for both it worked

Cloned with no problems, except when it prompts you to enter the name you want listed in the component menu for J!, I still get the stock SOBI2 name for both clones, so now I don't know which clone I am using for which until I go into the component and check which articles are there (they are in different places in my component list, but still). Otherwise, worked wonderfully.

i cloned it three times now and have a small problem with the last clone. the backend works flawlessly, but the front-end doesn't. i checked everything from top to bottom but couldn't fix this problem.

there is enough memory to run three or more clients on the server. should i deinstall and install it again?

Hello all Sobi addicts, I successfully cloned 3 versions of Sobi2 and installed them. They are visible in the admin/components and accessible. But, when I want to point to one of the copies in the menu/item dir. they are not there. I only see 3 small lines. Only the original one still is there. So I can't make any use of the clones. Any idea anyone? Please.

Are they created as eg. jos_sobidir_?

So I managed to clone my SOBI2, however, when having two copies, my site is drastically slower, could this be an issue of having two clone's, is this something other's have experienced?

If not, it could be that my webhost is having some minor problems right now..

However, I'm experiencing an issue, when creating a menu link I'm having this error message in Parameter's - Basics.

SOBIPROJECTS_SELECT_CAT   Element not defined for menu type = sobiprojects2
cid   Element not defined for menu type = sobiprojects2

any idea's?

@ kadidarm - I get an xml parsing error on Windows. Btw, which of the two files is the real one, as both have the same name.
