Topic: How to show nopic.jpg picture before company name in entries view?

When an entry doesn't have any picture in the gallery I would like to show the 'nopic.jpg' picture
so that in absence of a gallery the text in the entries view doesn't loose the alignment and shows the 'nopic.jpg' pict
ie. http://www.adoreweddingplanner.com/index.php?option=com_sobi2&letter=G&Itemid=80
where Gel nails Bray doesn't align with the other entries

When I was starting using SOBI I probably did some change to the gallery plugin to remove the nopic.jpg picture
now I need to revert to how it was but I can't, can you please help?
