SobiPro Ideapool

For our SobiPro club customers (former and current) we provide the possibility to submit an idea for a new feature in SobiPro or its applications. Also ideas for new applications can be submitted to the idea pool.

SobiPro 2.5 is available!

As an active customer download the full version of SobiPro from the description page or download the trial version of SobiPro free of charge.

SobiPro 2.5 is Joomla 5 compatible.
We are in the process to test our applications if they work with Joomla 5. Tested applications will be available in repository. You can download untested versions that may work on Joomla 5 on our site.

Hi, I would have the following suggestions for improvement to the R&R App:

- Criteria without obligation to set by user (for example if criterion is not applicable)
- Editable comments and ratings to correct or update RR by user
- Extension of the entries module to sort by latest RR
- Extension of the search function to add a filter for ratings (think to hotel sites)

Implementation details:

The following will be implemented in the next version of the Reviews & Ratings application (version 2.2):

Criteria without obligation to set by the reviewer (for example if criterion is not applicable)
Editable/deletable comments and ratings to correct or update reviews and ratings by the reviewer
A review manager group will be able to edit and delete all reviews and ratings
The entry owner will be able to edit and delete the reviews and ratings of his entries.

Developer note:

For the following a Reviews & Ratings Module would need to be developed and is not part of the current development:

Extension of the entries module to sort by latest RR
Extension of the search function to add a filter for ratings (think to hotel sites)

Reviews and ratings are what customers love and also brings in plenty of business, any form of enhancement is always good. I would like to see an option to be able to submit a response for a posted review, This is always good especially if you need to respond to a negative review.
Also, with leaving a review, where it reads "Title", I get plenty of customers writing their name in this box, It would be good if this would be changed to "Review Title". Thanks
