Repository Certificate problems!

The repository certificate problem is fixed. In our blog article The day the AddTrust External CA Root Certificate expired, we describe what exactly happened.

Update SobiPro and its applications to the most recent version before reporting a problem!

We are continously improving SobiPro and its applications, fixing bugs and making working with them more easy. Still we see that some users report problems for older versions. Mostly they are already fixed. If you are using older versions, please update SobiPro and its applications to the most recent versions!

Hi there,

since yesterday, I get the warning that the SSL certificate for repository expired and I cant install new one.

Detailed Error message is: SSL validation error: stored serial number is ********** but the serial number for the repository at https://repository.sigsiu.net/repository.php has the number .

Once I try to reinstall the repository, repository.sigsiu.net, I see an empty form with all data empty:
CN-Entry (Common Name): empty
Serial No: 0x

I have updated to Sobipro 1.5.3 but situation did not change.

Anyone got the same problem?

Exactly the same scenario here, on two sites i've tried it on.

Hi Anthony,

as you have a Bronce Member Status, you could ask support in the member area.
Would be nice, if you could let me know, if there is a solution.

Hi Michael, I don't wish to sound rude, but Sobipro staff appear to be aware of the problem and are 'trying' to fix it.

There is a message to this effect at the top of the Community support page.

Repository Certificate problems!
At the moment we have some problems with our SSL certificate of the repository. Please update the applications manually until we fixed the problem.
