Update SobiPro and its applications to the most recent version before reporting a problem!

We are continously improving SobiPro and its applications, fixing bugs and making working with them more easy. Still we see that some users report problems for older versions. Mostly they are already fixed. If you are using older versions, please update SobiPro and its applications to the most recent versions!

I've a question about the 'basic-geomap-field-' I'm currently using the 'basic-geomap-field-2.5' on Joomla 3.9.27 and SobiPro 1.6.3 [Owl] and framework 1.4.

When the Geomap field is activated, in the sections field manager, it will give an white output on the Google map, when visiting the 'new item' form. It also causes to breakdown the image/ logo field on the frontend, the image explorer doesn't open. When disabling the 'geomap field' the image/logo field works fine.

Also in the back-end all works fine with our without the 'geomap field' activated.

This on the website: [url=https://platformgezinshuizen.nl/]https://platformgezinshuizen.nl/
At the moment I've the 'geomap field' disabled, so people are able to fill out the new item form.

If updating the 'basic-geomap field' will help, it would be great, then I'll buy it again ;-) Is there an update for the basic version available?

With kind regards,

Roel

Hi

Hard to say without seeing this, are you able to create a copy of your site where you can enable geomap field, so I would be able to check what is wrong?

Hmm I don't remember such error from the past:

Map: Expected mapDiv of type Element but was passed null.

Try to disable JS compression in the SobiPro global configuration, eventually test how map is working with OpenStreetMaps provider.

Hello Sikor, disabling the JS compression works for Google maps, Openstreet maps works fine with or without de JS compression.

Thanks.

With kind regards,
Roel
