SobiPro club members with an active subscription are entitled to get ticket support in the support area. For our former club members we provide a free of charge forum to ask other members. If you need professional support with fast answers, feel free to join the club.

In SobiPro 2.5.1 and 2.5.2 the search may not work in all cases. Do not update at the moment.
If you are already on 2.5.1/2.5.2, you can download SobiPro 2.5.0 from the Archive and install it on SobiPro 2.5.1/2.5.2. Do not install it over another SobiPro version!


Repository certificate renewed!

The SSL certificate of the repository expired and we had to renew it. Please update the repository as described here and have your subscription token and id handy. You will find them on your personal club account page My Subscriptions.

Update SobiPro and its applications to the most recent version before reporting a problem!

We are continously improving SobiPro and its applications, fixing bugs and making working with them more easy. Still we see that some users report problems for older versions. Mostly they are already fixed. If you are using older versions, please update SobiPro and its applications to the most recent versions!

Hello Sobi-Pro Team,

I do not suceed to renew my silver subcription. Repeatedly I get an error message, either the country "Germany" is required again and again or the first or all check boxes for the legal information to payment conditions are required again and again. I am working with Sobi since 2009.

Please help me to renew my subsctiption, I spend already a lot of time to try it on my own without success.

Hi Anne,

I am working with Sobi since 2009.


Unfortunately we have to use a different component for the subscription and it does not work very well. There is no other option either :(
I experienced that it works best if you select your country in the "Prices include applicable tax for" box at the top right corner.
If it does not help, I can add a new membership for you manually.

Hi Sigrid,
thank you for your reply. I tried more than 50 times to renew my subcription, with different browsers, different computers mac and pc, and with "prices include applicable tax for" checked on. Finally one morning it worked. I don't know why it worked then and why it did not work before. No obvious difference. But it is solved for the moment.

However, perhaps you can help us in an other matter: We experience problems with the maps related to our entries. Somestimes the maps are to be seen, sometimes they disappear and this is changing from entry to entry so that we never know, which entry is now showing a map proberly.
