Update SobiPro and its applications to the most recent version before reporting a problem!

We are continously improving SobiPro and its applications, fixing bugs and making working with them more easy. Still we see that some users report problems for older versions. Mostly they are already fixed. If you are using older versions, please update SobiPro and its applications to the most recent versions!

Hi,
We've updated from our old website to a new server and installed SobiPro 1.9.0 build 930. When building the categories in our section we made a mistake in the order of the catagories. It doesn't match the order we had on our old site. When we tried to import with IMEX 2.2, chaos happened. Can those categories be rearranged to match the old site? Or do we have to delete everything and start over?
Best regards.

Found the answer in a previous post
https://www.sigsiu.net/support/community-area/change-category-display-order

Sigrid Suski point to the documentation
https://www.sigsiu.net/default-template-settings#view-section

In short the process is this
Entries & Categories [left menu]
-Select your category or subcategory
Once it is displayed on the up right dropdown menu "Order by" select "Position descending" or "Position ascending"
Now you will be able to order the categories or subcategories with the arrows or with numbers column
