Update SobiPro and its applications to the most recent version before reporting a problem!

We are continously improving SobiPro and its applications, fixing bugs and making working with them more easy. Still we see that some users report problems for older versions. Mostly they are already fixed. If you are using older versions, please update SobiPro and its applications to the most recent versions!

Date fields don't export correctly. When we export date fields, they look like this:
{"string":"06\/27\/2019","timezone":{"offset":0,"timezone":"UTC"},"struct":"1561656857.449","timestamp":"1561656857.449"}

What are we doing wrong? We've checked every config and all the documentation, but can't find an explanation. Can anyone help us?

This output is the same whether we look at the raw CSV or open with Excel or OpenOffice. We tried different methods of export, but it seems like Sobi always outputs like this. Any thoughts on a solution?

Sigrid, thanks for responding, but I read the documentation and went through the Member tickets on Imex and Calendar fields, and I'm still baffled as to what to do. Are you saying that I must install some Unix script somewhere to do a proper date export? Or convert it after the CSV is created? Excel doesn't seem to have any conversion feature.

In previous versions of the Calendar field, dates used to simply export properly into CSV, no problem. It seems in newer SobiPro versions it's become some complicated operation that I just don't understand.

I would really appreciate some guidance on this.

As described in the documentation this is the way a calendar date is exported:
